Written and Illustrated by John P. Noonan

High above the exciting Wildwoods boardwalk in New Jersey, a young boy is enjoying a ride on a giant Ferris wheel when something unexpected happens. The electricity suddenly fails, leaving him stranded high in the sky!

But help is on the way!

Floating above the beach on his fluffy cloud, Ryan the Raindrop spots the frightened boy and knows he must do something.

With a heart full of kindness and a determination to help, Ryan sets out on another extraordinary adventure. Using his special raindrop magic, he discovers a way to get the Ferris wheel moving again and bring the boy safely back to the ground.
