High above the clouds lives Ryan, a very special little raindrop with a big heart and an extraordinary gift for helping others.

One sunny day, while traveling over Canada's frozen Hudson Bay, Ryan hears a mysterious cry for help coming from beneath the ice.

When he drops down to investigate, he discovers a family of orca whales trapped in the freezing waters! With only a tiny opening to breathe through, the whales have no way to return to the open ocean.
